Carlos Conde22 November, 1901 - 13 July, 1981
A man of great talent, his pen portrayed the imaginary of Lisbon, describing traditions, personalities, corners, dead ends, narrow streets, festivities and other themes from the daily life of Lisbon and its surroundings. He was deeply respected by the fado universe and his poems were sung by the voice of the major Fado singers
